Jetween Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to Jetween. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Jetween ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Jetween platform — including the website at jetween.club and the Jetween mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Jetween platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Jetween app.

Jetween is an online gaming platform designed for players in Bangladesh. We offer a range of games including Callbreak, Hi-Lo, Jackpot, Mines, Treasure Boat Fishing, and live dealer tables powered by Playtech. All games on Jetween are intended for entertainment purposes and involve real money wagering.

02 Eligibility

To use Jetween, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jetween does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not register as players.
• You must not be self-excluded from Jetween or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers Jetween.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must represent the individual who registered it.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Jetween reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of Jetween — including depositing, playing games, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to all eligible players.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify Jetween immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Jetween reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at Jetween's discretion.

Jetween will communicate with you using the contact details you provide during registration. It is your responsibility to keep these details current. We cannot be held responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jetween supports deposits and withdrawals via local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected.

• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Jetween does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours of submission, subject to verification checks.
• Jetween reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account that matches the name on your Jetween account.
• Jetween may place a temporary hold on withdrawals if unusual account activity is detected, pending investigation.

If a deposit is made in error or a player wishes to reverse a transaction, they must contact Jetween support as soon as possible. Jetween cannot guarantee reversal of completed transactions but will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Jetween offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on Jetween unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements on Jetween bonuses are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Jetween reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts — will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Jetween may set game restrictions on how bonus funds can be used. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games on Jetween are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet on any Jetween game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all titles:

• All bets placed on Jetween are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been submitted.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, Jetween will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If resolution is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Jetween uses certified random number generation (RNG) for applicable games. For eligible titles, a provably fair system is in place allowing players to verify outcomes independently.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Jetween reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction.

For live dealer games powered by Playtech, the rules of the specific table apply as displayed during the session. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the recorded video feed of the session will be used as the definitive reference.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jetween. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any part of the Jetween platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using Jetween for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Jetween platform or its underlying systems.
• Using Jetween to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff members.

Jetween actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If suspicious behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and take any further action we deem appropriate — including legal action where warranted.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Jetween reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid grounds.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as player-initiated closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact Jetween support directly. We will process closure requests promptly and without requiring justification.

09 Privacy and Data

Jetween collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with Jetween, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect data including your name, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Jetween platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jetween shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Jetween platform that later proves to be inaccurate.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. All gaming on Jetween involves risk and players accept this risk when placing bets.

Jetween makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and resolve issues promptly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11 Changes to Terms

Jetween reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Jetween platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
